We left
Nashville early this morning and ran into a lot of this
Even at that
we were only about 45 minutes behind schedule.
The drive today was a little over 300 miles and that is probably about
as far as we want to go in a day. The
Casino Queen is a hotel and small casino with an RV park for guests. A nice park but no amenities (they want you
to gamble). This is the view from our
site this evening.
We decided
to opt for a dinner out so we called security at the casino and they sent a car
to pick us up. Dinner was very good and
then, of course, we couldn’t resist going to the casino for a while. Needless to say, we are on our way to Kansas
City tomorrow - $30 poorer.
