Kansas, Pratt - Sunday, October 5, 2014 - Pratt Community College Rodeo

The rodeo is a three day affair, we just went for the finals today.

 

 

David had to keep assuring Cheyanne that the calves weren’t being hurt in the roping and wrestling events.

 

 

After a while it is easy to get distracted.

The cowgirls took over for the barrel racing.

The highlight of the day, of course, was the bull riding.

 

 

 

Sometimes the bull wins and you have to call out the clowns.

 

 

I could never get a real good picture of this little guy who was working on his calf roping all day long.  The “calf” he is roping is behind one of the cowboys.

After the rodeo David got out the 4-wheelers for Wyatt and Cheyanne.

 

 

Wyatt’s can really move.

Cheyanne’s is restricted so she can’t go as fast.

It moves a lot faster when Dad is on it too.
