Indiana, Markleville - Friday, October 2, 2015 - Pacemaker is Installed

The pot roast using Mrs. Dash Pot roast Seasoning turned out great.  We had it Tuesday evening after we got home from helping out with trap shooting at the Fall Creek Valley Conservation Club.

Then the next day we were enjoying the low sodium diet menu items at St. Vincent’s Heart Center in Indianapolis.  Greg had a pacemaker/defibrillator implanted on Wednesday.  We stayed overnight and were back home before noon on Thursday.  We appreciate all of the prayers and well wishes received from our friends and family.  He is doing very well, has to limit use of his left arm for a week until the pacemaker leads make themselves at home.

We were sent home with a patient monitor that has only been available for a few months.  It works out really well for those of us who travel and don’t have a land line phone.  This one works off of any available cell tower and transmits information back to his doctor automatically.  It is small enough to sit on the ledge beside by the bed.
