We’ve had a
string of bad luck lately with the weather, the roof, and this morning, the
awning over the door wouldn’t retract.
So, we pulled the heavy picnic table up again so Greg could reach it to
take it apart so we could leave.
Fortunately,
we didn’t have a problem getting out of our site. We were in a pull-through site and Greg
thought it would be best to back out and let the back tires get up on solid
ground first so they could pull the rest of the coach through if we ended up with
a problem.The trip into North Carolina was uneventful and we’ve stopped at a Wal-Mart for the evening. We’ll call the campground at Pohick Bay Regional Park tomorrow to see if we can come in a day early. If not, we’ll find a Wal-Mart to park for another night
